Another Great Year Comes to an End!

With the end of the Spring term, we’ve wrapped up another year of Senior’s College classes. We want to thank you for joining us this past year.  Your curiosity about the world and enthusiasm for learning, just for the fun of it, made this past session another rewarding experience for us all.  We are working on next year’s course offerings, and come the fall, we will be

Renewing your mind, body, and spirit

Expanding your community of friends

Acquiring new skills

Discovering your talents, and saying

Yes to new things

For you! 

We have a number of new courses in the works as well as the return of several popular favourites.  And we have more than doubled the number of short courses (4 weeks or less), to offer even more choice and flexibility to learn, just for the fun of it.

• As well, we are streamlining our registration process. This September, online registration will take place before in-person sessions.  Online will open Wednesday September 6^th at 9 a.m. three days before in-person on September 9^th. This will make sure the technical support is available if we need it.  
• We are planning a training session in late August for anyone who might want to brush up on the registration system, to ensure you have the best possible chance of getting into your courses.
• We are also working on setting up a buddy system for folks who might like someone to call for a couple of minutes, if they need a hand on registration day.  If you need a phone buddy, or you would like to volunteer an hour of your time to take a phone call or two, please let us know, by replying to this email.

And finally, this coming year will mark the 20^th anniversary of Senior's College, and some special things are planned to celebrate it -just one more of the benefits of being a member!
