Circuit Training #1 (Queens County)

A circuit class specifically designed for active older adults to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight areas and build core strength. We will use the chair, the band, light hand weights and the balls for exercises.

RequirementsEnthusiasm and proper footwear. Participants will be required to complete UPEI and Seniors College waiver forms in order to participate. Note: Participants can only participate/register in one of the Circuit Training #1 or #2 programs during each semester (ie. cannot register for the 9 am and 10 am circuit training on Thursdays).
