DescriptionThis course will discuss the Criminal Law System and Court Process in both Prince Edward Island and Canada.

Course Facilitator

NameAidan Sheridan
Background
Aidan Sheridan is a Lawyer who has worked for many years with both the Provincial and Federal Governments. He served in the legal branch of the Canadian Armed Forces and attended several Canadian and International courses on International Humanitarian Law.
Aidan is a former Crown Prosecutor and tried cases in all courts in PEI. He is also a former senior officer with the Office of the Judge Advocate General, the legal branch of the Canadian Forces and has both prosecuted and defended cases within the CF discipline system.
