Financial Management:

The Financial Management Committee works with the Treasurer in the preparation of budgets, financial control and general management of funds.

Programming:

The responsibilities of the Programming Committee are to develop and maintain programs suitable for Seniors College, select and evaluate courses, and select and monitor the performance of facilitators.

Marketing/Communications:

The role of the Committee is to promote the value of Seniors College to the community at large including government and the general public. Also to promote and add value to a membership in order to recruit new and retain current members.

Organizational Development:

This Committee will ensure that the board of directors is able to govern the organization effectively through monitoring the Strategic Plan, creating appropriate governance policies and procedures, evaluating programs and recruiting and nominating suitable board members.

Website Technology:

The Website Technology Committee is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, utilizing and training for the online registration system.
