Description | A four week course of theatre style cooking classes with a heavy leaning towards simplicity, variety and depth of flavour from Chef Nathan and cutting edge nutrition information with Dietician Margaret. |

Background |
Nathan has spent 15 years working in food service, first with the restaurant/kitchen scene in Regina Saskatchewan, working across all styles of cuisine, ranging from cafeteria quick-service to ultra-fine dining and everything in between. After attaining the interprovincial red-seal certification, he moved to PEI to study International Hospitality Management at Holland College, which entailed a semester studying restaurant operations in Austria, he was brought onboard with Sobeys to teach cooking techniques to our customers.
