DescriptionThis course includes 8 presentations on a variety of topics celebrating Island Heritage. Some topics will include: History of Harness Racing, History of St. Martin, Tour of Church in Cumberland, History of Native Species, History of Proude’s Shoe Store, History of Island Miq’ maq , History of Stratton Pen and Ink, History of Fort Amherst , and Keeping Heritage Properties Alive in downtown Ch’town. ** Topics are subject to change based on speaker avilability **
