Circuit Training #2 (Queens County)
A circuit class specifically designed for active older adults to strengthen muscles, stretch tight areas and build core strength. We will use the chair, bands , light hand weights and balls for exercises. Note: Participants can only sign up for one circuit training program per semester; ie. either 9 am or 10 am on Thursdays with Angela.

Requirements | Enthusiasm and proper footwear. Participants will be required to complete UPEI and Seniors College waiver forms in order to participate. |
