Description | Canada's Smartest Kitchen is the research & development centre of The Culinary Institute of Canada. Our staff focus on innovative food and beverage product development, recipe optimization, sensory & consumer sessions, and corporate culinary services including chef demonstrations, food styling and photography. |
Requirements | The site tour will consist of an informative presentation on the history of CSK at The Culinary Institute of Canada, at Holland College, including the client services we offer and connections to the community, as well as a facility tour of Canada's Smartest Kitchen. |

Objectives | The objective is to share our services and connect with the local community. |
Teaching Process | This second tour option will also be a one time offering, maximum 1.5 hours, for the registered participants. The session will be held on site at Canada's Smartest Kitchen, at the Tourism & Culinary Centre in Charlottetown, PEI. The visit and tour will begin at 11:30 am in our boardroom. |

Chef Michael Bryanton has been an R&D Chef at CSK for over ten years; he is a certified Sensory Science professional expert, a former instructor at The Culinary Institute of Canada, and has decades of experience in the industry as a Red Seal Chef.
