Curling: Learn to Stick Curl (Queens County)

The Delivery Stick provides an optional method of delivering stones for anyone who may have challenges with the traditional slide, or simply prefer an alternative delivery method. There is no limit to who may use the delivery device. Many will begin to use a Stick delivery when they’ve sustained an injury or their flexibility is reduced, however many curl with a Delivery Stick for comfort and enjoyment. Once learning to curl with a Delivery Stick, the curler may then use the equipment to curl in the traditional four person curling game, or the game of “Stick Curling’, which has different rules than traditional curling. Our instructor will provide the steps of which the participant will need to learn to be able to curl with a Delivery Stick.
