This practical, interactive workshop will teach you how to interpret Nutrition Facts tables, serving sizes, ingredient lists, and common nutrition claims. By the end of the session, you'll have the skills to make informed, healthy choices at the grocery store.

Chef Michael Bryanton has been a Senior R&D Chef at CSK for over ten years; he is a certified Sensory Science professional expert and a former instructor at The Culinary Institute of Canada, and has decades of experience in the industry as a Red Seal Chef.
