Build Your Own Fairy Door (Queens County)
Participants will build and paint a whimsical fairy doorway to place outside around your house or garden. Each participant will design and build their own door. The finished product will be 8" to 10" in height depending on design and shape.

| Requirements | No ceramics experience necessary. You will be guided through the creative process. |

| Teaching Process | In the first class, participants will choose a shape and colour scheme and create their fairy door. Class length will vary depending on individual skill level and the complexity of the design. Some participants may finish in approximately 90 minutes, while others may require the full three hours.
After the first class, the pieces will be dried and fired. During the second class, participants will paint and glaze their finished pieces. Completed projects will be ready for pickup approximately two weeks later. |
