Design 101 Fall Series (Queens County)

Join me for our Design 101 sessions where you will be inspired by interesting topics as they relate to home design & decor. Sessions Include: Tuesday, November 3rd: Get Your Thrift on - Decorating your home with thrifted finds. Let your creativity shine and learn how thrifted items can be given new life in your home, adding character and interest. You will learn tried & true tips on thrifting, how to thrift and also learn how to repurpose items. Tuesday, November 10th: The Magic of Paint & Wallpaper - Paint is the quickest, most cost effective to change your home or pieces in it. It's amazing how a coat of paint can transform a space or item from dated to wow! We will discuss everything from - how to select your paint colours to where do I buy my painting supplies. Real life before & after photos to share with you as well as inspiration galore! We will also discuss wallpaper and the new ways you can use it. Gone are the days where an entire room is covered in wallpaper. It is now very strategic and fun! You will take home your own colour cards as well as paint information. Tuesday, December 1 : Countdown to Christmas- Decorating & Entertaining Ideas for the season. Let's take away the stress in our festive planning with easy, inspiring and creative ideas as we get ready for the holiday season. We will cover everything from creating a festive porch welcome, decorating your mantel, table scape & entertaining ideas - yes even some recipes! You'll walk away ready to begin your festive decorating! Tuesday, December 8: Christmas Homes on Tour - A jam packed presentation with endless ideas and inspiration from my home and other homeowners. Have you ever wanted to go on a Christmas Home Tour? Wanted to be inspired with unique, endless ideas from beautifully decorated homes for the holidays? Join me as we "tour" real life homes together. So many incredible festive ideas to inspire you for your own Christmas decorating and the love of everything Christmas.
