Pathways to Care Without a Family Doctor (Queens County)
Where do you go when you need healthcare but don't have a family doctor?
Navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming, especially when you are
without a family doctor. Our goal is to raise awareness of the resources available
in the community and help you access the care you need when you need it.
By exploring the information in this course, you'll gain a better understanding of
where to turn for healthcare support and how to navigate the system with greater
confidence. Topics include: Patient Navigation, Registry, Maple, MyHealthPEI,
811, Dental Program, Mental Health & Addictions Support.
