Course FacilitatorMike HoganMike Hogan (Hogie) is the Brewmaster and co-owner at Upstreet Craft Brewing. He has been brewing commercially since 2015 but has been enjoying and educating himself about beer long before that. An engineer by trade and avid homebrewer, he measures what goes in and tastes what comes out.
